Ujval Joshi

I'm a frontend engineer with 8+ years of experience, currently based in Krakow. I work on real-time trading systems at Caesars Sportsbook & Casino, building interfaces where milliseconds matter and reliability isn't optional. Before that, I worked across a range of startups — each with its own pace and constraints — shipping products from early prototypes to production at scale.

I care about performance, clean code, and getting things out the door. I'd rather write something simple that ships than something clever that doesn't. Most of my work lives in the React ecosystem: TypeScript, Next.js, Astro, Tailwind, and whatever gets the job done without getting in the way.

Outside of work, I explore new places with a camera and spend time on games that reward patience and systems thinking.
